Responsibilities

● Oversee the entire music production process, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of compositions for films and media

● Create efficient composition briefings that transform creative concepts into songs and film scores

● Communicate effectively with composers and internal teams to understand project requirements and client expectations

● Provide creative leadership on your projects, encouraging creative ideas while maintaining alignment with client objectives

● Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion

● Foster strong composer/artist/musician relationships

● Continuously introduce new talent to our talent pool

Qualifications

● Proven experience as a Music Producer in a media related field

● You have a background in the music industry

● You are able to articulate technical music production issues in great detail

● You have a broad network of composers, artists, instrumentalists, vocalists and other professionals in the field of music production

● Strong understanding of the interplay between music   and moving images

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

● You are able to play an instrument

● You master at least 1 DAW, know how to edit music on film and know your way around audio plugins and virtual instruments

• You are able to manage a healthy dose of pressure and sudden changes of plans

• You are a curious and creative mind
